Financial, Legal & HR Meetings brings together three functions within a single event in an idyllic setting.
The goal: to find solutions to specific problems and discuss with its entire ecosystem.
How: through one-to-one meetings, pre-organized ahead of the event.
For whom: DAF, HRD, Legal Director, Credit Manager, General Secretaries ...
Each participant chooses online exhibitors that interest him 2 to 3 weeks before the show.
He will thus obtain a schedule of 8 to 10 appointments to be made at specific times throughout the 2 days.
These meetings take place one to one, on the exhibitors' stands and last about twenty minutes.
Lunches are spent in the VIP CLUB (place dedicated to participants to eat)
If you cannot accept an invitation of this type for compliance reasons, we may also invoice you for the services.
Transport: From Paris, a train or plane will be specially chartered for the event.
From the provinces, we take care of tickets up to € 250 round trip.
Accommodation: 3 nights in one of the 4 or 5 * hotels, near the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès.
Meals: breakfasts, lunches (in the living room) and dinners, except Wednesday (free evening).
